Chaos to Strategy Program
$3,800 | 8 Sessions, 2 Hours Each
The Chaos to Strategy Program is my full, guided strategy service. Over eight sessions we co-create a complete business plan so your business decisions stop feeling overwhelming and disconnected. This is where we take our time, go deeper, and build a strategy that fits your business and your capacity.
Brand Foundations
We will dive into what, why, and how your business or organization does what it does. We'll use those answers to fine-tune your mission, vision, and values.
Marketing Clarity
We will get clear on who your ideal clients are and where you need to show up to reach them. This includes working through your target personas. (Don't worry if you don't know what that means right now, you will by the end of Session 2!)
Marketing Strategy
We will combine your brand foundations and marketing clarity into a simple, actionable marketing strategy, including what marketing channel you should be focusing on.
Finance Part 1
We will start building out your financial foundations, including offer clarity, pricing considerations, and budget basics. You'll want to come to this session with at least a basic idea of your break-even costs.
Finance Part 2
We will continue working on your finances. We'll refine your pricing framework and work through your numbers and tackle any remaining questions that may exist.
Operations Part 1
We'll map out your customer/client journey and identify the key processes and systems your business or organization needs.
Operations Part 2
We will continue working on your operations planning. We'll refine your processes and make sure you have practical and implementable structures and processes to put into place.
Finishing Touches
We'll use our final session to complete and refine the work from our previous sessions. Within one week of our final session you'll receive your polished business plan draft.
Chaos to Strategy Sprint
$1,500 | 4 Sessions, 1.5 Hours Each
The Chaos to Strategy Sprint is a focused, collaborative process designed to help you quickly get clarity about your business or organization. We'll work through a light version of your brand foundations and marketing strategy so that you can make clear decisions without committing to an extensive process. This is not a full strategy build; the Sprint has an intentionally limited scope so that you can leave with an actionable plan that fits your capacity. Each session builds on the last, and you'll leave every meeting with clear next steps and tasks.

Note: If after the Sprint you’d like to upgrade to the Program, your investment in the Sprint will apply to the Program.
