You have a business or organization that's running. What you need is someone to step in, learn what you're working with, and build what needs to be built so you can stay focused on the work that's actually yours to do. There are two ways we can work together depending on what you need.

Project Consulting
Investment starting at $1,500
Project consulting is for when the gap is specific. Maybe you need a social media strategy, a content framework, a brand story, or a process your team can actually follow. We agree on the scope upfront, I do the work, and you walk away with a concrete deliverable you can use.

Organization Consulting
Phase One: Diagnostic
$1,500 Investment
Org consulting is a structured, session-based process that starts with a Diagnostic and ends with a written strategic plan.

Before I make any recommendations, I need to understand what you actually do, what is working, what isn't, and where the real gaps are. The Diagnostic is where that happens.

This includes:

A detailed 2-hour meeting with the key leader of your organization, whether that's an Executive Director, Founder, or Board President.

A review of your key documents including your website, mission statement, existing strategic plan, budget summary, key funding sources, and any recent reports or campaign data.

Stakeholder interviews (if needed).

Independent analysis of everything gathered to identify what's working, what isn't, and where the strategic gaps are.
You'll receive a written findings document outlining what was found and a proposal for the consulting engagement.
Organization Consulting
Phase Two: Consult
Investment starting at $3,000
Phase Two is built entirely on what the Diagnostic reveals. The scope, number of sessions, and investment are determined by your context and goals. We'll work together across a defined number of sessions to build strategy around the goals we've set, with independent work happening between each session. The engagement closes with a written strategic plan that's yours to keep, reference, and build from.
The post-Diagnostic proposal will outline exactly what Phase Two looks like for your organization.
